Coaching

Pattern work with a trained eye.

My coaching draws from NLP, ICF-based coaching, communication, somatic development, and parts-based change. The point is not to collect methods. It is to choose the right lens for what is actually happening in the room.

NLP Master Certified training in language, identity, state, and pattern change.
ICF Coaching training grounded in client agency, ethics, and clear contracting.
NVC Communication training for needs, requests, conflict, and repair.
Bodynamic Bodynamic-informed awareness of boundaries, impulse, and embodied choice.
Why it matters

Training matters when it makes the work cleaner.

My coaching is direct and pattern-focused, but it is not improvised from opinion. It is shaped by trained approaches for listening, asking, mapping, reframing, and helping a client notice choices that were invisible from inside the old story.

I use training as a discipline: to slow down assumptions, keep the client in charge of their own process, and separate insight from performance. The work is practical, personal, and grounded in what is happening now.

Training areas

The approaches I draw from.

Each method adds a different kind of precision: language, attention, emotion, the body, communication, and the structure of change.

NLP Coaching

Neuro-Linguistic Programming gives structure for noticing how language, internal images, emotions, and repeated strategies keep a pattern active.

ICF Coaching

ICF-based training supports clean coaching agreements, client-led goals, ethical scope, reflective questions, and accountability without pressure.

Coaching training

Nonviolent Communication

NVC supports honest communication without collapse, attack, or self-abandonment. It brings attention to needs, requests, and the choices underneath conflict.

Communication

Bodynamic

Bodynamic training brings the body into the work: boundaries, grounding, impulse, contact, dignity, and the places where insight has not yet become behavior.

Somatic lens

Core Transformation

Core Transformation offers a parts-based way to work with inner conflict, protective strategies, and the positive intention beneath habits that no longer fit.

Parts work

Metaprograms

Metaprograms help map attention and motivation: what a person filters for, avoids, prioritizes, and repeats before the conscious explanation arrives.

Pattern mapping
How I use it

The work is not one method applied to everyone.

  • Language reveals the pattern. The words you use often show the rules you have been living inside.
  • The body shows what the mind is overriding. Boundaries, fear, loyalty, shame, and desire usually have a physical signature.
  • Communication makes change testable. New insight has to survive real conversations, not just feel clear in a session.
  • Parts work reduces inner fighting. The goal is not to defeat the old strategy. It is to understand what it was trying to protect.
Scope of practice

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.

My role is coaching and personal development. I support reflection, pattern recognition, communication, and choice. I do not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or replace licensed therapeutic, medical, legal, or financial support.

If something in the work needs a different kind of care, we name that clearly. Good coaching includes knowing the limits of coaching.

Bring the pattern. We will look at it with precision.
